Blog talk-What are comments?
The definition of comments from WordPress.com is below.
Most blogs have a method to allow visitors to leave comments. There are also nifty ways for authors of other blogs to leave comments without even visiting the blog! Called “pingbacks” or “trackbacks“, they can inform other bloggers whenever they cite an article from another site in their own articles. All this ensures that online conversations can be maintained painlessly among various site users and websites.
Now check out what Blogger says about comments:
Blogger has a Comments feature that provides visitors with the ability to attach instant feedback to a specific blog post. If you choose to enable comments on your posts, then people who read your blog will have the option of submitting their own text in response to what you have published. Blogger will publish these comments on your Post Pages, usually right underneath the post that inspired the feedback. Note: you can turn off or delete comments if you wish.
